My name is Morten Odgaard. I was born in 1980 and grew up in the city of Thisted. I recently finished my studies and got my masters in electronics engineering from the Technical University of Denmark (DTU). The reason why I ended up her in Copenhagen is that my wife is studying veterinary medicine which is possible only in Copenhagen. Else I would probably have got my masters from The University of Aalborg. After Kristine and I got engaged in 1998 we got married two years later i 2000 in Boddum Church near the place where Kristine grew up.
My sparetime has also been concentrated around mechanics and stuff like that. From the first years of my childhood with LegoTechnic to mopeds in my teenage years to the "grown up" motorcycle interest of today. I have also spent alot of time on music at the local music school where I played the Baritone and in Nordvestjysk Brass Band with whom I had the great experience of becoming Danish National Champions in 1994 in Thisted.
My name is Kristine Ledet Odgaard. I was born in 1980 and grew up in the country outside Hurup Thy. At the moment I am studing to become a vetenarian at The Royal Veterinary And Agricultural University of Denmark (KVL). My studies are the reason why we have left Jutland and moved the Copenhagen. I meet Morten in The Technical Gymnasium (HTX) in Thisted. Vi became engaged during the summer hollydays between 2nd and 3rd year at the age of 18.
My sparetime has always been concentrated around outdoor activities. From working with animal to scout work. When I still lived in Hurup I spend alot of time driving with me and my sisters Shetland ponies. In 1996 I actually became Danish National Champion at the Danish National Championships in Vallenbæk. Since then my time with the horses has been reduced mainly because we moved to Copenhagen. His however his given me room for another interest namely dogs and dog training. I am convinced that there will be room for horses in my life again some day when I have finished my studies.
